Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable deposit to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will remain non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. One-time reschedules are permitted if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any reschedule requests made after this period will be treated as a cancellation.
